numerous system transitions. We hope this E-mail
will clarify a few things you may have been wondering
about.
Payza Delay Continues--
Members have expressed frustration and concern that
they haven't been able to fund or withdraw using their
Payza account. As mentioned in a previous Update,
Payza had temporarily suspended service to ACX
earlier this week for, what we were told to be only minor
issues. Feeling reassured by Payza that the
administrative misunderstanding with them would be
resolved "in 2-3 days", all other withdrawals went on as
normal to the other payment processors, and the
necessary XpressShift was performed on time in
expectation of Payza's prompt return.
At the time of this company update, Payza has still
not released our account, and since they are one
of our largest payment processors, the result now is
that the new ACX withdrawal system has been
greatly affected, to the point of becoming
non-functional. We regret this as much as you do.
While waiting for Payza to follow through, we do
believe it is not fair to force our members to continue
waiting in frustration for withdrawals. The XpressShift
of October 22 was relatively mild for most members,
largely due to the great support Payza had been
giving ACX in the past few weeks. However, without
Payza's support, our carefully calculated XpressShift
would no longer be viable or appropriate for our
circumstances. Each pay processor is factored into all
XpressShifts, and since Payza is our largest pay
processor for the company, their inactivity has caused
some extraordinary concerns for ACX.
After much consideration, we have decided that the
following XpressShift Adjustments need to happen
immediately, so our IT department is working diligently
to complete them within the next 24-48 hours.

We realize that this turn of events could be very
discouraging for some members, and if there were
any other way, we would certainly have chosen to
avoid this backtrack. If Payza decides to continue

We recently conducted a successful XpressShift
which helps the entire company, including your
business. Every XpressShift is performed in a
different way and this particular XpressShift gave us

We now ask you, our valued members, for a little more
patience as we work out the problems and obstacles

Please be aware of the following matters:
- Allow Time for Withdrawals to Balance Out
If everyone rushes to withdraw at the exact same time,
it likely won't work as effectively as we want. We
need to give the NEW withdrawal system a little time
to get adjusted to meet the demands we expect.
Please withdraw only when necessary.
- Buy New Ad Packs and Media Packs to build up your DSC
The most important thing to do after an XpressShift is
to rebuild your Daily Sales Commissions, and there are
only two ways to do that:
1) Buy more Ad/Media Packs and Repurchase new ones
with your daily earnings.
2) Share the ACX program, so you can grow your Referral
Commission earnings.

With the launch of the new Media Pack system, members are able to spend their time viewing fun and entertaining photos/images (Phase 1) instead of the normal business websites in the Ad Pack system. Since this is a more enjoyable activity, one that most people already engage in, the Media Pack system is quickly becoming very popular with ACX Members.

It is important to understand that ACX Members can earn just as much money from the Media Packs as they can from the Ad Packs. The only difference is the cost of the pack ($10 vs. $5). When a member spends $100 to buy 10 Ad Packs, the same $100 can also buy 20 Media Packs. In both cases the Daily Sales Commission is 2%, which equals a total of $2 per day. But here is where it gets interesting.
First of all, members don't have to wait for $10 to accumulate, like in the Ad System, before they use the power of repurchasing to buy an additional $5 Media Pack - this allows smaller accounts to earn money faster.

We want to offer a sincere Welcome to all our
new members. We continue to see steady growth
in our membership thanks to committed leaders in
our VIP, Elite Marketing, and Global Representatives
Groups, as well as from our wonderful ACX Members
around the world.
Media System Nearly Ready--
We are almost there! Your patience does not going
unnoticed as we prepare to embark on an exciting
journey, filled with tremendous opportunities from the
new Media Xchange. This project has been a priority
for our programmers and IT staff for months, and the
preparations and testing of the system is nearly
complete. We appreciate your understanding in
knowing we won't launch before it is ready to do exactly
as expected.
The Media System Phase 1 will be a marvelous
opportunity to increase your referral base because the
"required viewing" to earn DSC will mostly be of funny
and entertaining photos and images. And since that is
an activity nearly everyone on earth already loves to do,
sharing this exceptional money-making system will be
well received by just about everyone you know.
During difficult times when the economy is sluggish and
wages are low, it's the perfect time to share programs that
can help people earn extra income each month. A recent

We are almost there! Your patience does not going
unnoticed as we prepare to embark on an exciting
journey, filled with tremendous opportunities from the
new Media Xchange. This project has been a priority
for our programmers and IT staff for months, and the
preparations and testing of the system is nearly
complete. We appreciate your understanding in
knowing we won't launch before it is ready to do exactly
as expected.
The Media System Phase 1 will be a marvelous
opportunity to increase your referral base because the
"required viewing" to earn DSC will mostly be of funny
and entertaining photos and images. And since that is
an activity nearly everyone on earth already loves to do,
sharing this exceptional money-making system will be
well received by just about everyone you know.
During difficult times when the economy is sluggish and
wages are low, it's the perfect time to share programs that

to make sure that the thousands of hours of work on the
Media Xchange by our programmers and IT staff is

Option. It is all hands on deck as we push through to a
successful launch of the Media Xchange first, and then the
