Green Light Means Withdrawal Equality
Last week we implemented a very important feature, one
that has been needed for some time. Unfortunately, it also
caused a few members some concern. We are talking about
the Green Light system for withdrawals. Also unfortunate
was the fact that we implemented this system at the same
time as the first XpressShift was being completed.
During an XpressShift, withdrawals are required to be
restricted or halted in order to complete the shift. And for
a few days after a shift, it is important to reduce the number
of withdrawals by lowering the withdrawal limits. In
retrospect, we can see how this created a "perfect storm"
for many members because it appeared as though ACX
had become like Profit Clicking during the days of "no
withdrawals" for anyone. That was completely opposite of
our intentions! However, if we caused worry or consternation,
we do apologize. It will get better, we promise!
For many ACX Members from the various time zones
throughout the world, it can be very difficult to withdraw
successfully from a few of the pay processors. This is largely
because members in smaller countries/markets often have to
utilize the smaller processors like EgoPay, OKPay and Perfect
Money, and for these processors, there is simply not enough
ACX money in them to cater to all the withdrawals requested by
people who primarily fund with the bigger payment processors.
After much consideration and discussion, the ACX Executive
Team decided this new and improved Green Light System must
be launched to accommodate ALL members. EVERYONE in the
ACX Family has the right to know when they can get access to
withdrawals.
This new Green Light System has no queues, plus it gives
members more times when Green Lights appear. No queues
means no waiting lines! Withdrawal requests are still paid in
approximately 24-48 hours. There will be days when the Green
Lights will stay on longer than other days - this is a simple
economics factor that is regulated and monitored closely.
We appreciate your patience as the newly launched Green
Light system is adjusted to meet the needs of our members.
We do believe this is in the best interests of the entire company;
in fact, even our staff at all levels must use the Green Light
System to request their withdrawals, and indeed, they are sure
to let us know if it's not working properly!
Long Story Short: The Green Light System Works Perfectly!
Just keep it open in a smaller window on your desk top all day
long, and take advantage of its power!
