How To Have More Success Withdrawing Your Money

Captchas, those funny-looking letters and numbers that members have to type in to request a withdrawal, are an attempt to separate legitimate member entries from those made by illicit bots and scripts.
Here is a tip to try if you're having trouble entering a captcha code correctly and quickly so you can complete your withdrawal.
When a member requests a withdrawal, the system requires the member to input the captcha code. This captcha code is NOT Case Sensitive! Do not waste time trying to type in Capital Letters. Just enter all letters in lower case. It’s faster!
Make sure you have enough funds available in one of your balances to be able to request withdrawal immediately when you see or hear a Green Light.
