Issues Affecting Some Accounts

Our IT team has been very busy rectifying errors found in some accounts.


Most of the accounts that had such errors have been already corrected, but if you see that you have an incorrect pending withdrawal in your account, or you notice your account has some functions inoperable, please note that this is a temporary situation.

The second problem that IT is working on is in a small number accounts are experiencing a negative number of TE views. This issue should be resolved very soon and IT has informed us that a support ticket is not necessary. Of course, if you still feel concerned, please feel free to contact support.
