Green Light Helpful Tips
With the Green Light page open, right-click on the browser tab and “open in new window”. Drag the window to shrink it to a smaller size, and then you can continue working on your other browser tabs.
ACX is designing an SMS notification system to alert those who have smartphones of Green Lights. That feature will be available as soon as testing is complete. Please save your mobile number gateway in your profile to receive the sms messages. If you do not have a gateway available for your country, you may be able to set up a Gmail or Yahoo email notification and save your email address in the field, example: example@gmail.com

Make sure you have your volume turned up so you can hear the “chime” when one of the five lights change to Green.
If you are having troubles with a spinning Green Light page or hearing the chime, please be patient while the IT team works to solve these issues. At this time, Chrome seems to work best with the Green Light. Also, make sure your login has not timed out, as this will cause the page to show the spinning indicator.
