EMG Call Report:
The EMG Conference Call was again well attended, and
Kent and Victor delivered updates on the status of ACX
and fielded questions and concerns shared by the
members in attendance.
XpressShift:
Although it was unfortunate that an additional adjustment
was made to the Ad Pack balances companywide, the
second XpressShift did what it was designed to do; ACX
is now on solid footings and will be able to correct the
problems caused when Payza froze our account. We still
don't know if things can be worked out with Payza, but we
are continuing to make an effort to keep the relationship
ongoing. Many members depend on Payza, so we will
do our best to preserve this account.
A second XpressShift Chart (see link below) is available
on the ACX website that explains the details of this latest
shift of Ad Packs into the Ad Panels matrix system. Even
though it may feel like a lot was lost, the reality is that the
pay day was just temporarily postponed. The new Free
Ad Panels that each member gains from an XpressShift
will always pay out more than they would as Ad Packs.
It's just that the timing is more effective, which allows the
system to remain indefinitely sustainable.

Ad Panel Feed Has Commenced:
One of the main topics of discussion during the call was
the lack of information regarding the new panels being
created by the XpressShift. It was announced that the
feed has started and panels are beginning to be placed.
Understanding the power of the Ad Panels is vitally
important in being able to maximize the ACX System.

Restoration Initiative:
The Restoration Initiative for Out-of-Pocket members
was discussed briefly by Kent and Victor. The recent
decision to execute another XpressShift, while trying
to balance the withdrawal system, took a great deal of
time by our IT staff. This lead to the Restoration
Initiative being put on hold temporarily, however, it is
now the top project to be implemented at ACX.
We realize that many members are not whole,
meaning they have spent more than they have been
able to withdraw. Some members have not been
able to withdraw since before the PC migration from
JBP over a year ago. We want to approach this
Restoration Initiative in a step-by-step process but
ultimately help all out-of-pocket members as soon
as possible.
The details of the Restoration Initiative will be shared
soon. Basically, members will be given an option of
taking a smaller amount of cash for ACX purchases
NOW in exchange for their PC and CP Wallet
balances being set to zero. If it were a perfect world,
everyone would be able to access all the earnings in
their PC and CP Wallets. But unfortunately we have
to deal in financial realities. Please know that whatever
amounts that will be offered in the Restoration Initiative
will not be as much as we would like to offer. But it will
be enough to help our members start down the road to
becoming whole again.
Currently members can access funds from their PC
and/or CP Wallets by claiming an additional 20% (Basic)
or 30% (Premium and CP) to new purchases of nearly
all ACX products. Many members are seeing the value
of this as they watch their earning grow up to 30% faster.
We encourage all members to review their current
balances to determine if they really want to exchange
the PC/CP Wallet balances for a small percentage of
the wallet balance in the form of cash for ACX purchases.

Withdrawals, Daily Sales Commissions, and TE View Credits:
It was also mentioned on the call that withdrawals
would start up later, which they have, Daily Sales
Commissions would be paid shortly, which they were,
and the Traffic Xchange Views Credits lost would
have to be re-viewed due to the fact that during an
XpressShift the View Reserve Accounts must be
reset to zero before the shift can be completed.
We apologize that Reserve Views were lost, but it
is a function of the system that cannot be altered.

ACX Live Conference Room Now Open Daily:
Many people who remember the JBP and PC days
of 24/7 Live Conference Room have asked ACX to
provide an opportunity for members to gather and
get answers to questions and hear updates. We
