Member Update ~ October 31, 2013: The Hard Work at ACX has Paid Off!

As always, we want to welcome the newest members to ACX and thank our tried and true members for their continued support and understanding. A lot of good changes have been implemented in the ACX System and now we are prepared once again for takeoff. The hard work is done. Time to fly again!


We hope all ACX Members understand this one thing: No one in the management or development departments at ACX wanted the adjustments demanded by the most recent XpressShift. This was never part of the on-going planning of ACX. However, when faced with a problem like PAYZA temporarily freezing our account, we had to react in a way that would protect the integrity of the system.


Management decided correctly that the adjustments to the current Ad Packs and Media Packs were necessary and in the best interests of the members as well as the company. Nothing we do is anything but what will keep the ACX System functioning at its optimal level. Most members already know that the system works very well; that is why they are participating with ACX. We now need you to continue trusting that the ACX System will remain working, and that members WILL make money.


Be sure to take time to think things all things through. Don't believe everything people might be saying about ACX on Social Media, etc. They have no inner knowledge of how things work, nor do they have members' best interests at heart. We do, and we will continue to fight for your right to earn money at ACX.


ACX Live Chat Room to Open--


At the request of many members, we have decided to open the live chat room for all ACX members. This was a popular place for members to go for answers and updates in companies prior to ACX. We anticipate this will help those who are searching for guidance as well as camaraderie. We consider ACX Members as one big happy family; we will provide as much help as we can through our Chat Room Moderators.


For the time being, the ACX Chat Room will be open for two hours at a time, two times a day, seven days a week. To simplify the schedule, the open times are as follows:

Understanding the ACX System--


We want our members to understand this system so they'll be able to share the same degree of confidence that the ACX company management, customer support and development team members have. Granted there are probably hundreds of questions that have been answered in the FAQ section on the website, however, here are a few Q&A points we'd like to share.


Q - Why was there another XpressShift so soon after the previous one?


A - This second XpressShift would never have happened under normal circumstances. However, due to the temporary problem ACX experienced with PAYZA, our largest payment processor, management determined that a decision to make adjustments to the prior XpressShift were necessary. The first XpressShift was carefully planned with data in the system that included access to all of ACX funds in PAYZA. When access to those funds were delayed while ACX and PAYZA worked out the details of the problem (and as of the date of this E-mail, the situation with Payza is still not resolved), it was impossible to continue business as usual. The second adjustments were made to keep the system healthy and operating as designed. This is a complicated system that requires vigilant oversight. We hope this kind of abnormal circumstance doesn't ever happen again, but we can't guarantee that since there are factors that affect ACX beyond our control.


Q - Where is ACX company headquarters?


A - Because ACX Members are from nearly every country in the world, the holding company that owns ACX has determined it is in the best interests of ALL members to have a decentralized location. Programs like ACX are often targeted by financial and governments agencies that want to prohibit the earning potential ACX offers its members. ACX wants to allow members the opportunity to reach their financial goals by limiting any kind of geopolitical intrusion.


Additionally, information about the principals of the company will never be shared publicly because we respect their privacy and want to provide them with protection against unnecessary or malicious inquiries from members, especially during times of confusion like XpressShifts - and XpressShifts will probably never become easily accepted by the many new members we sponsor between XpressShifts, even if we train people for weeks. XpressShifts are simply confusing for many, but they are absolutely necessary to ensure the indefinitely sustainable part of ACX which makes us so strong.


Q - What guarantees do members have regarding the money they spend?


A - Because there is no political or financial oversight, there are no regulatory guarantees or backing from governmental agencies worldwide that provide protection. This is done purposely to give members the freedom to participate if they choose. (See question above) Therefore, it is up to the member to determine the level of confidence they have before spending money in the ACX System. They can rely on the past experiences of other members, but we encourage all participants to limit the money they spend to amounts they can afford. Never spend money that is needed elsewhere in your financial planning.


We hope being forthright in our explanations is appreciated. There are no secrets being held at the expense of ACX Members. We have a system that works very well - it has been proven for years to be indefinitely sustainable, and with the proper management of the system, it will continue to do just that. BUT there will be XpressShift restarts because it is a vital component of the integrity of the system. ACX will always do what is best for the company because THAT is the only way we can do what is best for the members.
