Members Rebuilding--
It is a welcoming sign to see so many ACX Members taking advantage of our indefinitely sustainable system by beginning to rebuild their Ad Pack and Media Pack balances. They understand the need for XpressShifts to keep the company on solid footing and able to pay Daily Sales Commissions without letting up. Without these periodic restarts, ACX would be like all the other programs that are here today, gone tomorrow. Most members understand that no one has lost money, they have just had it shifted into the second earning portion of the ACX System - the Ad Panels.
Ad Panels Starting to Complete--
Ad Panels Completing is terrific news for ALL members. The recent XpressShifts have created thousands of new Ad Panels, with some of them being placed in the fullest panels of Members.With each Ad Panel that Completes (i.e. all spots are filled) a $60 Panel Rebate is paid, with which most members are purchasing 6 to 9 new Ad Packs. Members who have PC or CP Wallet balances can add 20% to 30% more money to their purchases, so $60 can turn out to be $90.

Important Panel Training--
Later today, Gil, our company Panel expert, will be conducting live training in the ACX Conference Chat Room, and everyone is encouraged to attend. Because of the new Ad Panels many members now have, everyone needs to become experts so we can maximize the effectiveness of the powerful panel system. It would be very unfortunate if members believed their Ad Packs were lost in the XpressShift, when the reality is they are not lost, but are waiting to make them more money in the Ad Panels.
Gil's panel training will begin at
05:00 AM Server Time on Monday, November 4th (or Sunday evening at 11:00 PM EST).
This training will precede the Conference Room Chat that is scheduled for 6:00 AM Server Time (12:00 AM EST on Sunday night). The Panel System is designed to do two things for ACX Members:
1) Provide the mechanism to move Ad Packs (company liability) to Ad Panels (company asset), which allows the company to postpone the daily payout commitment to a later time, making the system indefinitely sustainable.
2) The Ad Packs that expired are fed into the Ad Panels in such a way as to allow for an additional 150% in earnings. Between the Ad Packs and the Ad Panels (the ACX System), members can earn up to 300% over a period of time. No one loses money at ACX, it just gets moved into part two when an XpressShift is required by the program.
Now THAT is extremely powerful, right?
Media Xchange Equally Powerful--
Don't forget that the same potential of 300% earnings from the Ad System can now be found in the new Media Xchange as well. Media Packs cost $5 and receive a daily payback of 2% (1% on weekends, like the Ad Packs). In approximately 88 days, each Media Pack will have paid $7.50 for a growth of 150% in less than three months time. This is an awesome program that always works - it just sometimes feels like it doesn't work when Ad Packs are shifted. But rest assured, that it is working exactly how it was designed.

Withdrawals Paid in 24 to 48 Hours--
Perhaps the most important factor in determining whether the ACX System is working, as far as members are concerned, is the ability to gain access to earning through the withdrawal system. Earlier there were problems exacerbated by the Green Light notification system that caused a lot of concern. However, members can take comfort in knowing that withdrawals are now working, without the green lights, and payments are being delivered into pay processor within 48 hours.
Need Money to Rebuild Ad/Media Pack Balances?
Don't ever think that you have lost your money and there is no way to come up with new income to continue earning daily. There are actually many ways to rebuild after an XpressShift, and members should plan on being prepared when they do happen.
1) As you withdraw your earnings, it is always a good idea to leave some in your payment processor to be used to rebuild after a shift. Take out what you need, but leave some in especially for this purpose.
2) After an XpressShift new Ad Panels feeding into the Panel System will begin to Complete older Ad Panels. When that happens, take the $60 Panel Rebate and use them to build up Daily Sales Commissions in the Adand Media Package Systems by buying new ones.
3) Even though your referrals are not earning as much as before each day, helping them to understand how to prepare for the XpressShifts will bring you additional revenue in referral commissions. If you don't have referrals, then this is an excellent reason to develop as many as you can. There are no limits to the amount of Referral Commission you can earn each day. Some top promoters are actually earning thousands of dollars from Referral Commission every day.
4) The Restoration Initiative is designed specifically to help rebuild Ad Pack balances, as well as confidence in the system. It is to help members out-of-pocket to get back on the road to wholeness. 5) We can't express this enough: earn $5 every time you upload 10 approved images in the Media Xchange. There are millions of images that qualify all over the internet. Uploading 100 images won't take very long, and you could have $50 in your account within 24 hours. This is simple to do and it can be a lot of fun too.
