Support News for November 3rd, 2013: Answers to Your Questions

There have been some common questions being asked of the Live Chat Agents.  We thought it would be a good idea to give you some answers to those top questions.


Q:  What happened to the Ad Packages from the XpressShift?

A:  There is a special formula that is used that expires the Ad Packages early.  Members are given cash for some, the others are converted into Ad Panels.


Q:  Why are the images I uploaded into the Media Xchange being marked as “private” when there’s nothing wrong with them?

A:  While it is true that there may be nothing wrong, your media may not appropriate for that specific category.  Example.  If the category is “Funny”, you need to submit something funny.  If you submitted a cute little cartoon bunny.  They may be cute, but not deemed “funny”.  This means your media upload will go into the “private” category until the appropriate category has been created.  If you think it is still in error, you can re-submit your media for approval. New categories will be added as necessary.


Q: My money was moved to the XS wallet - why can’t I withdraw it?

A:  In order to follow through with the XpressShift and how it works, its important to transfer the funds into a wallet that will not allow withdrawals or commissions, to start fresh with modest accounts, which ensures a somewhat stable and indefinitely long period of time between XpressShifts. The best strategy is to use your XS Wallet funds to purchase Ad Packages and to build your account right after an XpressShift. The funds can also be used to purchase accelerators for your Ad Panels, causing them to mature and pay out $60 rebates much more quickly.


Q: I have surpassed the Media Uploads that should have given me a Media Upload Reward. Why haven’t I received my Reward yet?

A: It was reported by some members that their Media Upload Rewards were not being credited into the accounts properly. We have found the error and all past due.   Rewards have now been credited to those accounts in $5 increments. Media Rewards for members who will have 10 approved Media Uploads from now on will see their $5 Rewards credited within 24 hours. We sincerely apologize - this was our mistake that caused the delays.


Q: I would like to transfer funds from one XS Wallet to the other XS Wallet, but this function is disabled. Why?

A: The IT Team is currently testing this feature to make sure it is operating properly.  All transfers must track properly and show in your financial transactions correctly.  This avoids any errors in your account.  There will be an update when this feature is ready.

Don’t forget, that the Conference Room is now open at 6am Server Time (12am est.) and 6pm Server Time (12pm est.) to have your questions answered.
